Modified oligos has 50% less yield than HPLC purified oligos in same synthesis scale.

* MiniPrimers (10nmol scale) are not allowed with any modifications.

Long oligos with HPLC purification will have a lower expected yield than shorter HPLC purified oligos.

Fixed Standard Concentration - another option free of charge from TAG Copenhagen

You can choose to have the primers delivered in a Fixed concentration of 20 然, 50 然 or 100 然.

Primers ordered in a Fixed 20 然 or 50 然 are both synthesised in 0.01 痠ol scale at our normal list price of DKK 3 each base.

Primers in a Fixed 100 然 concentration are synthesised in 0.04 痠ol scale at our normal list price of DKK 4 each base.

This offer is valid only for primers up to 30 bases with no modifications. All primers in Fixed Standard Concentration will be purified by Reverse Phase Column Purification and will be delivered in dry form. Add 100 痞 of water and your primers are ready to use in the requested concentration.

Documentation
All oligos from TAG Copenhagen are delivered quantified and fully documented. All data will appear on an Analytical Report and on the Vial label. TAG Copenhagen was one of the very first companies in the world to include concentration on the Vial Label.
