Carlsberg Research Center in Copenhagen has developed a tool for Sequence analysis

DNATools is a program package for handling and analysis of DNA and protein sequences. It contains a number of general facilities for sequence editing, restriction enzyme mapping, translation into protein etc. as well as more complex functions for creation of codon tables, EST and SAGE analyses, automated blast search etc.

DNATools also includes facilities for managing your sequencing and PCR primers and for direct e-mail ordering of new primers from TAG Copenhagen.
