Real Time PCR design service from TAG Copenhagen A/S

As a new service TAG Copenhagen now offers to assist you in your design of PCR primers and Probes for Real Time PCR.

So are you tired of designing your own PCR primers and probes for rt-PCR, or do you find the commercially available ready-to-go TaqMan systems unaffordable when you have lots of tests to do? Here’s a couple of fine alternatives:

For SYBR Green based rt-PCR, TAGC will design and synthesize 2 primerset that target your transcript specifically. You simply submit your sequence, or just the gene ID name and the organism, and TAGC takes care of the rest. Along with the primerset you receive the sequences of the 4 oligos;

For probe based rt-PCR, TAGC will design and synthesize a primerset and a probe (Fam-BHQ or Fam-Tamra) that target your transcript specifically. You simply submit your sequence, or just the gene ID name and the organism, and TAGC takes care of the rest. Along with the primerset and the probe you receive the 3 sequences.

The primers and probes are delivered in separate tubes. Each order will as a minimum provide you with primers and probes sufficient for 2,000 twenty-five µl volume PCRs.
