TAG Copenhagen now purify all oligos longer than 50 bases by RP-HPLC. This extra purification is included free of charge.

Using a fully automated robotic HPLC system TAG Copenhagen is purifying all the longer oligos.
The HPLC system is operating with a gradient of acetonitrile and buffer. The product is separated according to the size and polarity of the molecules. The main peak is detected by an online computer and collected using the integrated robot.

Due to the nature of the chemistry of DNA synthesis TAG Copenhagen recommends that oligos are kept at a maximum length of 80 bases. We will synthesiser longer sequences on request, but we will not guarantee the quality.
