Sequentia

The Sequentia Software is a complete software package for running a modern high trough-put DNA synthesis lab.

Sequentia was introduced by TAGC back in 1996. The software is constantly improved with up-dates and new features. At present Sequentia is in Version 3.2 and new upgrades have already been planned for the future. Sequentia controls several DNA synthesis labs in Europe and in Asia. Sequentia is tested with Korean, Chinese and Japanese characters.

Sequentia will control all customers in a customer database. Settings can be made individually for each customer or for each company. Unlimited number of Companies with unlimited number of Customers.

Different instruments can be controlled from Sequentia. Direct export of sequences from Sequentia to 96-well synthesisers.

Orders can be imported from e-mails, web-site or typed in manually from faxes. The same order can contain oligos in different synthesis scales, modified/unmodified oligos and even different price groups.

Invoices are created based on number of bases, scale of synthesis, purification, price group etc.

Track statistic informations using Sequentia. Number of order/oligos for an individual company, individual customer, number of orders this day/week/month/year etc.

Run Sequentia on a PC (Windows) or on a Macintosh Computer. Use Sequentia on individual computers or as a Server for a complete network.
