TAGC / Instrument prime procedure

Prior to synthesis a simple prime proceedure is performed. Using a special device (included in the package) it is possible for the user to assure that all reagents are ready and that all valves are in good condition.

The complete procedure prior to a synthesis run only takes a few minutes. Also time between two runs of 96 primers is only a few minutes.
