TAGC / manifold

After synthesis of the primers the post synthesis procedures starts.

Using a special designed manifold (included in the package) the primers are cleaved from the CPG in a fast and easy manner.

The cleaved primers are collected in a standard deepwell 96-microtitre plate. After deprotection in Ammonia (or Methylamine) the primers are ready for purification.
